How to install
Download the installer
Click Download to get
QuPOS-Setup.exe(version 1.4.0).Check the file (optional)
Compare the SHA-256 checksum below with the downloaded file: in PowerShell run
Get-FileHash .\QuPOS-Setup.exe -Algorithm SHA256.Run the installer
Double-click the file. If Windows SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info and then Run anyway.
Let it add WebView2 if needed
On Windows 10, the installer adds the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime if it is missing. Windows 11 already has it.
Open QuPOS
Start it from the desktop or Start menu. It installs to
C:\Program Files\QuPOSand keeps data in%ProgramData%\QubhaBilling.Run the first-run wizard
Pick your business type, enter your shop details and tax, choose where data is stored (this PC, or SQL Server for several counters) and create your admin login. Your 30-day free trial starts now.

- QuPOS Online: the same app in the browser at qupos.qubha.com, with your data in PostgreSQL
- Online edition backs up the database on the server every night and limits repeated sign-in attempts
- Copying a shop to another database now also copies quotations, day closings and the activity log
