When you write to us
- For a licence: include your Machine ID (from the app's licence screen) and payment reference.
- For printing problems: include the printer model and paper width (58 mm, 80 mm or A4).
- For a licence move: include your old and new Machine IDs.

How do I buy a QuPOS licence?
Open QuPOS, go to the licence screen and copy your Machine ID. Send it to us on WhatsApp (+91 95974 36220) or e-mail. We share the payment details for the ₹1,500 lifetime licence and reply with your licence key, which you paste into the app.
Can you help me set up my printer and barcode scanner?
Yes. Send us the printer model and paper width (58 mm, 80 mm or A4) and we will guide you on WhatsApp or a phone call. Most USB barcode scanners work without any setup.
